A silver Audi A4 – Ontario plate CESY 104 – is stopped in a marked bicycle lane (the green-painted lane and bike stencil at the left curb) on a busy Downtown Toronto shopping street.
Traffic queues behind it and cyclists must leave the lane to get past. The Winners, Metro and TIFF signage place this on a Downtown Toronto retail strip. Parking in a bicycle lane is prohibited in Ontario.
