A silver Hyundai Ioniq sedan (Ontario plate CBYE 529) is stopped inside a protected bicycle lane in front of Hana Sushi and Zesty Burgers on Bloor Street West. The lane is ringed by flexible bollards, so blocking it forces people cycling out around the car and into the open traffic lane.
