On January 8, 2026, Ontario plate CXLT 975 sat parked in the bike lane on College Street west of University around 5:45 pm. With the lanes banned, a cyclist is pushed out in front and made to crawl ahead of cars a bicycle can never safely share one lane with. #BikeLaneBlockedBy
