A Home Depot rental van – white, marked RENT ME / homedepot.ca, Ontario plate BC 66780 – is stopped in a marked bicycle lane with Home Depot flat-pack boxes loaded in the back.
A cyclist is forced out around the van’s rear and into traffic to pass. Delivery vans idling in the bike lane are a common downtown complaint, and parking in a marked bicycle lane is not allowed in Ontario.
